Recruiting Options
ICUR offers contingent, retained and search options for permanent recruitment and freelancers or contractors to provide flexible staffing solutions.
Contingent recruitment is the most preferred option for recruitment in our market areas. It carries the lower risk for the client and the statistics show contingent assignments run on an exclusive basis have a far higher fill rate than those that don't.
Retained assignments are appropriate for roles over $80,000 where it's imperative the role is filled and a large amount of time and resource is required to fill the position. ICUR's fill rate on retained assignments is an impressive 100%.
Search assignments are also typically retained as the entire local and often international markets are combed for appropriate hard to find talent.
Freelancers are available on an hourly or daily basis and contractors for longer short term assignments.
