They are seeking a senior account director to lead a skilled team in creating and delivering digital solutions for a key client. This is an opportunity to work with an extremely talented and professional team, within a highly respected integrated agency.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Building key relationships with senior stakeholders and managers, as well as agency partners
Forward planning and development of long, medium and short term goals through careful strategic and financial planning
Work with the client to set financial goals and control budget spend
Lead the digital team to successfully produce insight driven, creative and forward thinking solutions and integrating them with TTL channels
Work with the creative, planning and data management teams to ensure the client's expectations are exceeded
Collect, analyse and disseminate content rich data from the client or external resources to key stakeholders
Developing and mentoring a team of 4

Skills and Experience:

At least 7 years as a digital specialist in an integrated advertising or creative agency
Comprehensive knowledge of all things digital: display, ad serving, mobile, online, search, and social
Experience with large corporate clients desirable, preferably within telecommunications or financial services
Proven track record of training and mentoring a team
