The senior account director is an experienced team leader, partner to the client and advocate of the agency. In tandem with the senior management team (head of digital planning, head of digital), this role will be responsible for raising the bar for developing top notch digital work. You will be driving the business forward, planning and developing digital communications strategies and mentoring a team of 4 to achieve group wins.
Key responsibilities:
* Understand client objectives and advise on campaign effectiveness
* Lead digital campaign development and its integration with TTL strategies
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Proven experience with display, social, web, mobile, search (SEO/SEM), ad serving, be cognizant of new technologies and marketing applications
* Ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
* Develop and monitor financials
* Mentor junior account handlers
The successful applicant will have:
* At least 5 years of digital account management experience
* Advertising, creative or digital agency experience essential
* Proven digital experience throughout their career
* Staff management
