Established for over 3 years and growing they are responsible for stretching the thinking of client partners and bringing ideas to life in the real world.
Due to growth they now have the need for an experienced Innovations Project Leader to join their successful, dedicated team on a permanent basis. This is a creative and strategic role that will have you working with existing clients in fields spanning FMCG, finance, media, airlines, consultancy, sport, construction and many more and at all levels from global projects to local start-ups.
Your extensive background will show that you have:
- successfully led previous innovation projects
- built strategies and implementation plans that deliver new thinking and challenge the status quo
- marshal cross-functional teams
- grow client relationships
- build, facilitate and run inspiring workshops
- understand what a real insight is and how to find it
- give and receive feedback and surprise people.

- 7 + years in a client facing industry
- A degree qualification
- Responsibility for facilitating and implementing
- Exposure and understanding of what it is to deliver successful innovation
- Experience of driving outcomes in front of a diverse audience
- People say you bring energy into a room because you are outgoing, have a keen sense of humour and are restless to make things happen.
- You are sharp, analytical and bright and you have the confidence to hold a room!
- Strong, clear and precise writing skills are essential
- Ability to express ideas
- You must understand insights
- Brand agency background highly desirable, however you could come from a range of backgrounds
