This international agency specialises in delivering interactive media expos to Australia, Asia, Europe and America. Their business is steadily growing and they are looking for a tenacious, enthusiastic and crafty exhibition manager for this newly created role.

My client is a dynamic interactive expo agency with clients across Australia, UAE, Asia and the US. They are specialist providers handling exhibition globally for media agencies and offer a range of services from venue finding to video production. They handle full logistics and venue finding for business to business events with up to 3000 attending. With recent, new business wins and long term plans to expand, they are seeking an energetic, tempered and experienced exhibition/production manager to travel the world and champion their brand with international clients.

Due to their continuing success they are seeking an Exhibition Manager to lead key accounts across Australia and internationally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • acting as the front facing contact for one of their prestigious key accounts - media sector
  • possessing strong marketing and production knowledge of general printing and collateral, audio/visual set up, and on-site management of exhibition installation
  • being accountable for the profitability and successful long-term development of the Australian Client Portfolio
  • demonstrating experience in a similar role with excellent industry knowledge
  • having proven account management and people management/development skills
  • traveling interstate within Australia and overseas trips to the US, UAE and Asia when required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage and resolve conflict
  • strong negotiation & influencing skills
  • drive to achieve results, analytical thinking and problem solving techniques and good IT skills
  • be a good listener and think quickly on your feet
  • enthusiasm with a can do attitude, have the ability to lead, and motivate and influence others
