This global agency is one of the world's largest and most celebrated brand communications and consumer contact organisations. They are connected like no other network with 110 offices located in 67 countries across the Globe.

As a result of their continued success, they are looking to recruit a Digital Account Director. This is a new role created to lead their key client's digital communications strategy across brands.

In this challenging, yet very satisfying position, you will be responsible for holistic digital strategy, accountability and leadership. Your key client responsibilities will be with senior highly experienced marketers, with whom you will be expected to build very strong, influential relationships. A proven track record on this front is a given.

The role requires solid experience across the wide gambit of digital channels and tactics and in particular proven experience in digital analytics (including attribution) and search. They expect the successful candidate to be forward thinking, with an ability to innovate and leverage technology as it evolves. They believe a passion for all things digital is a prerequisite to deliver this.

Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Support Chief Digital Officer in leading agency digital strategy and positioning

- Providing digital leadership and education both internally and with clients

- Delivering expertise within digital specialty areas such as; social media, search, performance, mobile, augmented reality, video, DSPs, and emerging trends

- Ability to build digital strategy across all digital assets - earned, owned, paid, borrowed, shared

- Solid understanding an POV vs clients site side Web analytics, SEO and UX

- Developing initiatives based on digital industry/media developments

- Contribution to the agencies social media strategy, including regular blog posting and conference presentations

- Managing client digital spends, inclusive of forecasting and tracking

- Strong partnership based relationships with publisher side Digital Directors

- Negotiating best in market pricing with the media and suppliers

- Overseeing Digital Manager and Planners on key clients (dotted line)

To be successful in this position it is expected that you would possess superior relationship building skills (client and internal), are highly productive, are innovative and are a strategic thinker. Your advanced knowledge of industry issues, research (local and global), strong analytical skills, excellent presentation skills, communication and numeracy capabilities are all essential.
