Business Director - Sydney

An experienced business director is required to lead the implementation planning and buying across all media channels for a high profile retail client. The director will be responsible for leading the team and have overall responsibility for the workflow and quality of work that the team produce. You will work alongside the creative strategy team and establish and develop the most senior relationships with media owners.

The successful candidate will have 8 years + experience managing a team and running performance reviews and help create an enjoyable work environment with a balance of hard work but also opportunities for staff to learn and develop and most importantly have fun. You must have first class implementation skills, understand industry trends, be highly numerate with excellent negotiation skills and someone that can produce excellent work with great attention to detail. An energetic, optimistic and collaborative team player is a must!
