
Our client, one of Australia's leading digital employment brands, is now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their fun, vibrant team.
This is a challenging role which requires an individual who is mature minded, resilient and a real 'go getter'! You will be selling a range of online advertising opportunities including job listings, display and location based advertising and sponsorship of e-newsletters, job alerts and resume databases to a range of corporate and recruitment companies.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Increase revenue and market share by securing new business and maintaining existing accounts
- Build solid client relationships to understand relevant sales solutions to fulfil business needs.
- Generate sales solutions focusing on assigned territory verticals and/or portfolio
Key areas of responsibility:
- New business and account management
- Portfolio and revenue pipeline planning
- Administration and reporting
To apply you must have the following:
- At least 3-5 years experience preferably a direct media sales environment, or as a senior recruitment consultant
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of success in your previous roles
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience in working to set KPI's
- Exceptional communication skills - written & verbal
