The same day we take a job from you, we post an advertisement on the most appropriate job sites.  Again, this is included in our service at no extra cost.

We are well versed in writing effective recruitment advertising copy and offer our clients a free copywriting service.  We also book the space and proof the copy for you, so all you need to worry about is the final tick of approval.

ICUR Database
Our database has thousands of candidates that are contacted personally on a regular basis. In conjunction with our personal efforts to keep in touch with our candidates we have sophisticated search technology to ensure the right people are being highlighted for your positions.

International Alliances
We have two key international alliances to increase our valuable candidate pool. Our UK and New Zealand alliances attract experienced candidates that are either returning home from international positions or immigrating to Australia.
For Australian candidates heading overseas, these alliances help to place these people in positions abroad.  When they return home they do so with relevant international experience.
