Candidate Selection

The first question many clients ask is 'where do we get candidates from? Put yourself in their shoes. Most Graduates need to pay off debts and a lot are already working in a temporary job. They have limited time to find a new job. They want to work with a company that they have confidence in.

33% come via word or mouth or are referred and 30% of these use us on a sole basis. The remainder of our candidates come to us via our extensive offline and online marketing campaigns. As a business we advertise in the national press, business to business press weekly, other trade magazines monthly and the web daily, We budget for at least 8% of our turnover to be used in generating quality candidates for our clients.

Candidates approach us by telephone and email and are initially screened by specialist account managers over the phone. If successful they are then invited for a face-to-face structured interview, either in a one-to-one or a group environment.

All candidates are given instant feedback and if matched to relevant jobs they will be given a full brief on your job. Hence the importance of us getting as much client information as possible.

If requested we can also administer psychometric profiling.
